Located on North Ari Atoll which is 85 kilometers south of Male and approximately 20 minutes from Male International Airport by sea plane.
The beach bungalows were developed in several phases and hence the rather seemingly unplanned layout of rooms, each being built in a circular shape many with a verandah surrounding the bungalow. Some of the rooms are better placed than others in terms of view and position. The green water bungalows, half facing east and half west, are looking a little tired on the exterior but internally are spacious and comfortable. They also have a large sundeck which runs around 3 sides of the bungalow but without any stairs to the lagoon. Access to the lagoon is from the communal sundeck at the end of the water bungalows jetty.

The optional All Inclusive Package includes the following:
- Buffet Style - breakfast, lunch, dinner (served in main restaurant )
- 01 Snack Per Person. (Chicken or Cheese Sandwich) Between 10:00 hrs &12:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs & 18:00 hrs
- Midnight Snacks - 22:00 hrs & 22:30 hrs (on request)
- Regular brands of liquor ( whisky, brandy , gin , vodka etc. ). Premium brands NOT included
- House wine red & white, served by glass. Champagne & sparkling wine NOT included
- Beer (draught beer only)
- Soft drinks (fanta, coke, sprite etc.)
- Bottled water
- Tea & coffee served from 09:00 hrs to 00:00(midnight)
- Main bar - the lighthouse bar open 08:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs (midnight). Drinks requested after midnight will be charged at extra cost.
- Drinks to be consumed within the bar area & restaurant (drinks are not permitted to be taken from the bar to the rooms).
