Our Opinion
One of the newer island resorts, Komandoo is a smaller island with beautiful white sand beaches,and is renowned for its relaxing atmosphere and as an ideal location to unwind. Best suited to couples or families with young children, we would not recommend it for teenagers who would become restless very quickly unless they are keen divers.

The All-Inclusive package is recommended, leaving you with no surprises on your return home.
Summary
Komandoo is the quieter, more tasteful sister of its neighbour, the loud Kuredu. Dive sites and excursions are shared but the guests enjoy a different holiday experience at Komandoo. It is a lovely resort set to get even better, an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate.

The island opened on 13 November 1998 as the second resort in the famous Lhaviyani Atoll. Transfer by seaplane takes about 40 minutes.
