YASAWA PRINCESS OVERVIEW

Our Opinion
The Yasawa Princess has successfully cruised the Yasawa Islands in Fiji for many years and has now transferred to the Maldives. She was built in Fiji as a bespoke boutique cruise ship for a maximum of 66 guests and 25 crew. The ideal vessel if you are looking to combine a relaxing cruise before or after a resort stay without being on a vessel heavily weighted towards divers.

Summary
Each cabin is air-conditioned, has twin or double bed, en suite shower and toilet, mini safe and cabin furniture. Each cabin on A deck and the bridge deck have doors that open onto a promenade deck where you can sit and take morning coffee while watching the dolphins and flying fish. The dining area and main bar are on B deck which runs from midships to the aft rail. This is the perfect place for a sundowner in the early evening. The sides of this area have panoramic opening windows so you can take in the magical view of the desert islands framed against the azure blue sea whilst having breakfast and lunch.

The ship operates with no more than 66 guests at any one time, providing for a very intimate and yet relaxed and informal atmosphere on board. There is no dressing up for smart dinners or formal entertainment in the evening. We aim to provide a desert island paradise escape from the daily routine. Dress code is shorts and swimwear during the day and casual dress in the evenings both on board and on the deserted islands, where clear white sand makes shoes optional.

Your Safety
Safety is always of prime consideration. The Yasawa Princess reserves the right to alter the cruising schedules and omit or substitute other islands if prevailing weather conditions or any other external forces make it prudent to do so. All such decisions are at the sole discretion of the captain and no refund can be given if as a result of weather conditions or other outside forces the course is changed.
